Project Overview
When Vending Sense exhibited at Automotive Management Live, the NEC Birmingham, they wanted more than an exhibition stand. The aim was to create an inviting refreshment environment that reflected their brand, encouraged conversations and could evolve with future events.
Nebrak designed, manufactured and installed a modular exhibition stand that balanced visual impact with practicality. Every element was created to be reused, reconfigured and transported with ease, helping maximise the value of the client’s exhibition investment.
The Brief
Vending Sense wanted an exhibition environment that would:
- showcase its workplace refreshment solutions
- create a welcoming breakout space for visitors
- work within compact exhibition footprints
- be reused across multiple exhibitions
- maintain a consistent, premium brand presence wherever it was installed
Flexibility was essential. The stand needed to adapt to different floorplans without compromising the visitor experience or the strength of the Vending Sense brand.
The Solution
Nebrak developed a fully modular exhibition stand built around an 80mm Quad shell scheme system, creating a premium finish with clean lines while making the most of the existing exhibition infrastructure. The modular construction allowed the stand to be configured around the allocated shell scheme space, with bespoke cabinetry, branded graphics and integrated furniture adding a more custom-built appearance.
At its centre was a bespoke coffee station featuring integrated storage, refrigeration and slatted cabinetry, creating a welcoming refreshment hub for customer conversations. Comfortable breakout furniture provided space for informal meetings, while large-format graphics ensured the Vending Sense brand stood out across the exhibition hall.
Because the stand was built using a modular shell scheme system, it can be adapted for different stand sizes and future events, helping maximise long-term value while maintaining a consistent brand presence
Behind the Build
Like every Nebrak exhibition project, the stand was delivered through our complete in-house service.
From initial concepts and CAD design through to manufacture, print production, logistics and installation, every stage was coordinated by our own teams from our Devon headquarters. Pre-assembly before delivery helped ensure a smooth installation on site, allowing Vending Sense to focus on preparing for the event rather than managing the build.
We specified Durasein® Triarctic solid surface for its seamless finish, contemporary appearance and long-lasting performance. Hygienic, durable and easy to maintain, it’s a premium worktop solution designed for demanding commercial environments.

Good materials make a difference. Premium Kronospan and EGGER decorative boards were paired with bespoke slatted cabinetry doors to add warmth, texture and visual interest throughout the stand. Clean whites, rich Indigo Blue and Natural Kendal Oak create an exhibition environment that’s both durable and inviting.

We chose the Faye and Kobel collections to create an exhibition space that felt comfortable, welcoming and easy to spend time in. Designed for busy commercial environments, they offered the flexibility and durability needed for exhibitions while supporting conversations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
