Providing a coffee solution for employees and customers.

When employees started to return to work following the Covid-19 pandemic Andy, IG Masonry’s Managing Director, wanted to motivate and reward his employees on their return. He felt existing refreshment facilities consisting of two boiling water taps in a downstairs canteen offering instant coffee were inadequate and didn’t reflect their company values. The search was on for a premium coffee offer.

The Solution

IG Masonry’s coffee machine supplier recommended Nebrak to us, they quickly responded to our enquiry, listening to our brief, and despite changing our minds numerous times, they patiently guided us and recommended the best solution for our equipment and needs.

They designed a bespoke coffee station with under-counter refrigeration for our fresh milk barista-style coffee. We especially appreciated the incorporation of our branding, which is crucial for both employees and clients.

Manufacturing was swift, installation took one day as promised, and communication was excellent throughout, with a remarkably fast turnaround.
