Vending Sense is a UK-based refreshment solutions company redefining workplace coffee and vending through innovation, service, and quality. The business helps organisations create inspiring spaces that improve daily life and enhance productivity.
When Vending Sense approached Nebrak to design and build an exhibition stand for Automotive Management Live, their vision was clear.
They wanted a modern, simple breakout area designed for compact spaces, especially in London venues. Additionally, the stand needed to be durable, modular, and easy to rebuild across multiple exhibitions.
the challengE
The main challenge was achieving true modularity. The stand had to extend or reduce in size for different event footprints. At the same time, it needed to retain its style and brand consistency. It also had to be robust enough for repeated installation and transport.
Moreover, the breakout area had to reflect Vending Sense’s values of simplicity, quality, and innovation. Finally, the entire system had to provide flexibility without losing its professional, high-end appearance.
The Solution
Nebrak developed a fully modular breakout system that balanced flexibility, function, and design integrity.
Each module could connect or separate easily, adapting to various exhibition stand sizes.
Durable materials and smart detailing ensured strength, visual quality, and long-term usability.
The stand featured:
- Stand dimensions: 4000mm x 3500mm
- Foamex panels with high-resolution artwork supplied by Vending Sense
- A coffee counter with slatted cupboard doors, back panel, and LED canopy downlighting
- Space for a microwave with integrated shelving
- An under-counter chiller for refreshments
- A table and stool set to create an inviting breakout zone
As a result, the stand combined practicality with strong visual identity. It could adapt seamlessly between venues and layouts while staying aligned with the brand.
The build
From planning to installation, Nebrak managed every stage in-house. The team pre-fitted all components before delivery to ensure accuracy and fast assembly. High-resolution Foamex panels displayed the supplied artwork beautifully, enhancing visual impact.
The coffee counter featured slatted doors, concealed storage, and LED lighting for a premium finish. Meanwhile, shelving, chiller space, and appliance housing supported day-to-day functionality.
Delivery, on-site build, and breakdown were included, ensuring a stress-free experience for Vending Sense. Consequently, the client could focus entirely on visitor engagement while Nebrak handled every build detail.
