Bespoke Breakout Area Design & Fit-Out
Spaces to Pause, Meet, Eat and Reset.
Furniture, seating, services and refreshment are planned as one complete interior.
Bringing Space, Services and Everyday Use Together
One Space. Different Ways to Use It.
Successful breakout area design starts with how people will use the space. Some spaces provide somewhere to eat and recharge. Others support informal meetings, focused work, or quick conversations away from the desk.
Nebrak designs, manufactures, and installs bespoke breakout areas around your people, space, and daily routines. We bring layouts, fitted furniture, finishes, lighting, power, planting, seating, and refreshment points into one coordinated commercial interior.

From Brief to Installation
One Team Coordinating the Complete Interior.
Breakout areas bring together more than furniture. Our team coordinates the space, services, materials and installation from the outset.
Understanding the Brief and the Space +
Every project starts with how the breakout area needs to work. We review the site, access, existing services, equipment, users and wider project requirements.
Planning the Layout in 3D +
CAD layouts and 3D visuals help develop zoning, circulation, seating, refreshment points and storage before manufacture begins. This gives the wider team a clear design to review.
Coordinating Furniture, Materials and Services +
We plan fitted furniture, finishes, lighting, power and other services around the agreed layout. Equipment clearances, accessibility, cleaning, replenishment and future maintenance are considered alongside the design.
Manufacture and Branding Under One Roof +
Furniture is manufactured at our Devon factory. Meanwhile, graphics and branded details are produced through our in-house print studio. Keeping these elements together helps maintain consistency across the finished interior.
Delivery and Nationwide Installation +
Our project team coordinates delivery and installation around site access, programme and other contractors. Nebrak installers then bring each element together on site, ready for everyday use.

The scope may include layouts, fitted furniture, seating, finishes, lighting, power, signage, planting, refreshment points and installation. Each project is developed around the space and brief.
Absolutely. Existing layouts, finishes, furniture, equipment and service points may all be incorporated into the new design.
Services are considered during the survey and design stages. We work with the wider project team to confirm requirements and positions before manufacture and installation.
Depending on the brief, the space might include coffee stations, hydration points, vending, a micro market, heating facilities and recycling.
Floor plans, photographs, dimensions, intended uses, equipment details, preferred finishes and project timescales provide a useful starting point. A site survey can fill any information gaps.
