Effective reception area design and fit-out must welcome visitors, represent the organisation and support the people working within it. The desk may be the focal point, but circulation, waiting, lighting, signage, technology and accessibility all shape how the space performs.

Designed Around Both Sides of the Desk
Practical Details. Considered from Every Angle.
Reception furniture needs to work for visitors and the team behind it. Desk height, working posture, storage, screen positions and cable management all influence the design. So do sightlines, approach routes, waiting areas and the need to keep confidential information out of view.
We coordinate these requirements before manufacture begins. Power and data can be routed discreetly, while equipment, lighting, signage and access panels are integrated into the furniture rather than added later.
Inclusive counter positions and clear routes can also be incorporated around the needs of the project. This creates a reception that is easier to approach, easier to operate and better connected to the surrounding space.

From Brief to Finished Entrance
Once the design is approved, the furniture is manufactured at our Devon headquarters. Branding and printed details can also be produced in-house, giving the project greater consistency throughout.
Nebrak then coordinates delivery and nationwide installation. This gives clients, designers and contractors one experienced team from the first layout to the finished reception space.
