A COUNTER HAS TO WORK IN TWO DIRECTIONS
Clear for Customers. Practical for the Team.
Bespoke serve over counters have to work in two directions. Customers need clear visibility of the offer, intuitive movement and straightforward payment. Meanwhile, teams need preparation space, storage, easy access and efficient replenishment.

BUILT AROUND THE OFFER
Hot, Chilled, Ambient and Coffee Service Brought Together.
A serve over counter often needs to do far more than present food. Hot, chilled and ambient displays may sit alongside coffee equipment, drinks preparation, storage and practical working space. Tills, payment and collection points also need to follow the customer journey.
We design the furniture around your specified equipment. Dimensions, ventilation, services and maintenance access are resolved before production begins. Undercounter refrigeration, tray slides, cutlery, menu displays, lighting and media can all be coordinated within the scheme.
Condiment, waste and recycling points can then be integrated where they support service. Meanwhile, back bars and supporting cabinetry give the team the storage and preparation space they need.
Once approved, the furniture is manufactured at our Devon headquarters, then delivered and installed nationwide by our experienced team.
The result is one coordinated counter, built around how food is prepared, presented and served.

YOUR SERVE OVER COUNTER QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Existing equipment can often be incorporated where its dimensions, condition and service requirements remain suitable. A site survey helps confirm what can be reused.
We plan the furniture around the specified services and provide the relevant dimensions and access requirements. Final connections can then be coordinated with the appropriate site trades.
Both. A serve over counter can be delivered as a standalone project or integrated within a wider catering interior, including back bars and supporting furniture.
A core design can be developed for several locations. Each site is then checked for differences in equipment, footprint, access and services.
A floor plan or key dimensions, equipment schedule, site photographs and outline of the foodservice offer provide a useful starting point.
