Bespoke Coffee Station Furniture for Commercial Spaces
Designed Around the Coffee. Built Around the Way People Use It.
The right coffee machine is only part of the picture. We bring equipment, storage, services and branding together in one practical, coordinated station.
The Space Around the Coffee Matters
Giving Coffee a Sense of Place
Good coffee may start with the machine, but the furniture around it shapes how people find and use the offer. It also needs to support storage, replenishment, cleaning and servicing throughout the day.
With both in mind, we design, manufacture and install bespoke coffee station furniture that brings equipment, services, lighting and branding together. The result feels at home in the space and works properly behind the scenes.

From Individual COFFEE Stations to Multi-Site Rollouts
A workplace coffee offer operates differently from one in retail, hospitality or education. Coffee brands and vending operators may also need furniture that can carry a consistent identity across several customer locations.
That is why we do not begin with a fixed cabinet. We start with the offer, the setting and the people responsible for running it.
Finishes, lighting, branding, media and supporting features can then be tailored around each project. Where repeatability matters, we can develop a core design that adapts to different footprints, services and site requirements.
This gives operators, coffee brands and end users a recognisable coffee station without forcing every location into the same box.
OUR BESPOKE COFFEE STATIONS ARE BEST SUITED TO:
Planning a Coffee Station? Start Here.
Yes. We design around existing or newly specified equipment, allowing for connections, ventilation, door movements and servicing access.
Options include storage, refrigeration, water taps, cup dispensers, condiment trays, waste points, lighting, signage and media screens. We can also design and integrate printed or digital menus.
Because every station is bespoke, you can get creative with ancillaries, condiment units and shelving to bring in elements of your brand, company culture or values.
This depends on the equipment but may include power, water, drainage and data. Tell us what equipment you plan to use, and we can advise on the likely requirements before coordinating the furniture around the confirmed service points.
Yes. Materials, colours, lighting, signage and printed graphics can all be coordinated with your brand or the surrounding interior. Explore the branding options below.
Yes. We can develop a consistent core design, then adapt it to each site’s footprint, services and access requirements. Where equipment and connections allow, stations can also be fitted with lockable castors, making them easier to reposition as the space or offer changes.
Most of the work happens before we arrive. We manufacture and prepare your coffee station at our Devon factory, then coordinate equipment, services and site access in advance. This plug-and-play approach makes installation quicker, smoother and less disruptive.
Yes, regularly. We work with end users, global coffee brands, equipment suppliers and leading UK vending operators on individual projects and multi-site rollouts. That experience gives us practical insight to share as your project takes shape.
A coffee station supports a broader offer with storage, worktops and integrated services. A coffee tower is usually a more compact, machine-led format.
We use EGGER and Kronospan decorative boards as standard, supported by established sustainability credentials. For wet or high-use areas, non-porous solid-surface worktops can provide a durable, hygienic finish.
Equipment specifications, a site plan or photographs can provide a helpful starting point.
Don’t Just Add Branding. Build It In.
Make your coffee station recognisably yours.
A coffee station is seen and used throughout the day, making it a natural place to express your brand, company culture or values. Materials, colours, graphics, lighting and printed or digital menus can all become part of the design.
Already have established branding? We can adapt it across the furniture and surrounding features. Starting fresh? Our designers can help develop a visual direction around your setting, audience and offer. Sometimes bold graphics work best; elsewhere, matched finishes and discreet signage say more.
By considering branding from the outset, we can coordinate panel sizes, sightlines, lighting and artwork before manufacture. Design, print, manufacture and installation are handled by one in-house team, helping everything remain consistent, from the first concept to the finished station, or across a wider rollout.
